Rev. Józef MAZUREK CM has died
On Monday, April 20, 2009 in Krakow, died Fr. Józef Mazurek CM. He was long-time minister in the Our Lady of Lourdes Parish in Kraków. It was his first pastoral post and the last. Since 1991 he was a chaplain in the nearby Interior Ministry’s hospital (szpital MSWiA) in Kraków. Born on February 15, 1933. He was received to the Congregation of the Mission in 1950. Ordained priest in 1956.

Funeral service, presided by Msgr Tadeusz Gocłowski CM, will be held in the Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Kraków on Friday, April 24, at 10 a.m. Next the body will be transported to Koniusza, his home parish. There a burial ceremony will take place at 1 p.m.
